A Dreamy Location

The gentle turquoise seas that are home to many types of coral and the white, palm-lined sandy beaches make Coral Coast one of the most attractive seafronts in all of Brazil. Bathed by mild trade winds that make even the hottest days very pleasant, Alagoas boasts some of the finest weather on the plant. With more than 300 sunny days each year and an average yearly temperature ranging from 65 F to 95 F, this is an idyllic tourist destination that is beautifully maintained and understandably popular with Brazilian visitors. This, just 30 minutes from Maceio International airport is the wonderful setting for Sonho Verde, "Green Dreams".

Sonho Verde Residence 

The Sonho Verde Residence is a gated community with absolutely stunning views and quite exceptional urban and leisure infra-structure. As well as the Sonho Verde Beachside club, the residence will have a separate well equipped sports and leisure club within the community itself; an attached shopping and restaurant area; the availability of several convenient pay-per-use services; tennis and sports courts and many green spaces.

This community is situated high on a plateau 800 meters away from the Beachside Club, with a lovely view of the coast, and is made up of 407 building lots with an average area of 418 square meters (4,500 square feet).

The project was launched to the Brazilian market in December 2007, since which time around half of the 407 building lots have already been sold. Now for the first time, the remaining lots are being made available to the International market.

Sonho Verde Beachside

The magnificent Sonho Verde Beachside Club will provide private access to the famous Sonho Verde beach for the three developments that form part of this project.

Spread over an area of 1 hectare, the facilities will be first class, and with a capacity of up to 1,000 people, perfect for catering to large parties, weddings and other major events.

The club house will house a large restaurant, bar, dance floor and stage, mezzanine, men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms as well as men's and women's saunas.

Outside, there will be 20 thatch-covered tables with individual barbecues, a luau center, 100-foot swimming pool and deck, beach volleyball court, massage center, baby and child care facilities, auto and bus parking area, employee's changing rooms and refectory and administrative offices.

Plot Pricing & Payment Terms

The remaining plots on this project start from as little as £9,180 for a 360m2 building plot with full planning permission. Following a 17% deposit, investors can elect to have the remainder of the price spread over 1, 2, 3 or 4 years, with payments made quarterly.
